Multi function pulse molding machine is a packaging product production equipment based on the principle of pulp vacuum adsorption. It can mainly produce products including egg boxes, egg trays, fruit trays, flower pots, disposable medical toilets, seedling cups, coffee cup trays, industrial packaging products, logistics trays, etc. It is made from waste paper as raw material, with the addition of some moisture-proof agents (aluminum sulfate) or waterproofing agents, and then made into various shapes of model products according to different uses. It is used as packaging pads for eggs, fruits, precision devices, fragile glass, ceramic products, handicrafts, etc., with good cushioning and protection performance. The development of pulp molding technology equipment is very fast, and the basic process is four steps: pulp preparation, molding, drying, and shaping.


Molded Pulp Products


Pulp molded products are a rapidly developing new packaging material in recent years and an excellent substitute for wood. Pulp molded products adopt the manufacturing process of raw material pulping, batching, compression molding, drying, and shaping. Due to the large amount of moisture (about 55-60%) remaining on the workpiece after compression molding, the final product has a moisture content of 12-14%. Therefore, during the drying process of the workpiece, about half of the weight of the workpiece needs to be removed, and all of this moisture needs to be removed by absorbing heat and turning into steam. Due to the phase transition during the drying process, energy consumption is very high, and pulp molded products are processed into high-energy consuming products. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct thermodynamic analysis on the energy conversion process of its drying. Because analysis can improve the design and processing of drying equipment, enhance energy utilization, and provide important guidance for reducing production costs in the pulp molding industry.
