Double rotary type egg carton machine is a type of machine used to produce egg cartons from recycled paper pulp. It uses a rotary molding process to shape the pulp into egg cartons, which are designed to hold and protect eggs during transportation and storage.
The "double rotary" aspect refers to the machine having two rotating molds or drums that work in tandem. This design allows for higher efficiency and output, as it can produce more trays at the same time compared to a single rotary drum machine. The process typically involves the following steps:
1. Pulp Preparation: Recycled paper, water, and sometimes other materials are mixed to form a pulp.
2. Molding: The pulp is poured into molds, which are shaped by the rotating drums. The pulp is vacuum-formed into the tray shape.
3. Drying: After molding, the trays are transferred to a drying system, often using heat or a natural drying process, to remove excess moisture and solidify the trays.
4. Collection: Once dried, the trays are removed and packaged for use.Due to the high quality requirements for egg cartons, it is usually necessary to perform hot pressing shaping on the egg carton after completing the molding and drying processes. The principle is to electrically heat the hot pressing mold to make the surface of the egg carton smoother and more aesthetically pleasing, thereby meeting the standards for egg packaging in high-end markets such as supermarkets.
Our independently developed fully automatic hot press shaping system can be matched with various types of drum type egg tray machines and roller type egg tray machines. It operates fully automatically and matches the output with the forming speed, greatly saving labor costs and improving production efficiency.
The double rotary design improves productivity and ensures that a larger quantity of egg cartons can be produced quickly, making it an efficient solution for large-scale egg carton manufacturing.
