Basic Information
Working Principle
- It uses the reciprocating motion of the forming mold and the transfer mold. With the pneumatic or hydraulic automatic control system, it completes the processes of pulp adsorption, molding and transfer out of the mold.
Production Process
- Pulp Preparation: Put waste paper into a hydrapulper, where the paper and water are fully mixed and then enter a refiner to make the pulp fine and uniform. The pulp is pumped into a pulp pool, where it is mixed again and finally enters the pulp tank of the forming machine.
- Molding: Through the vacuum environment of a vacuum pump, the forming mold adsorbs the pulp from the pulp tank onto the mold surface. The product is dehydrated and formed on the molding mold and then transferred to the transfer mold.
- Drying: The product is conveyed by the air from an air compressor, removed from the transfer mold and enters the drying line for drying.
Applications
- Egg Packaging: It is mainly used to produce egg cartons for packaging eggs in poultry farms, egg processing plants and other places.
Other Packaging: It can also be used to produce other pulp molded products, such as fruit trays, bottle trays, electronic inner trays.
