Our company promises to provide free after-sales service for the equipment sold within one year, and the service period starts from receiving the customer's acceptance certificate.
During the free after-sales service, the after-sales service personnel of our company will pay a regular telephone call back to the service customers to solve the problems encountered by customers in the production process in time.
The specific operation of our company's free after-sales service is divided into two parts. One part is to answer and help customers' questions by telephone, fax, WhatsApp, email, drawings, etc. The second part is door-to-door service. If the customer problem is serious and the above methods can't solve the customer problem, our company will send someone to door-to-door service.
If it is confirmed by our engineers and customers on site that the equipment is caused by improper operation, it is not within the scope of free after-sales service
After the expiration of the after-sales service period, we will provide lifelong paid after-sales service for the equipment we sell, and we will provide customers with services such as spare parts, machine maintenance and supporting products at preferential market prices.

Our company promises one-year free after-sales service for the products sold. (excluding wearing parts)
After-sales service includes: telephone, fax, network tools, door-to-door service, etc.
If the equipment spare parts are damaged due to improper operation by the customer and need to be replaced, additional charges will be charged.
Wear parts shall be replaced free of charge due to product quality problems within one month of product use.
Service content after the after-sales service period is exceeded.

2. On-site service is charged at $150
